📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for implementing QCSS Health solutions in new markets and for new customers within existing markets. • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing MLTSS healthcare products. • Partner closely with sales, implementation, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful, on-time deployments that meet customer and regulatory requirements. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing healthcare products. • Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience. • Prioritize product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs. • Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale product configuration across markets and customers. • Develop detailed product requirements and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery. • Work to gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. • Work closely with leadership and other departments to align product strategies with overall company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector. • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.). • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
