📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent finance transformation workstreams across LATAM • Coordinate with the Global PMO Manager on methodology, templates, and cross-regional reporting cadence • Coordinate with in-country finance leads and local implementation partners or vendors • Implement and maintain the PMO governance framework, including stage gates, steering committee cadence, and RACI • Serve as the primary regional point of contact between the Global PMO Manager and LATAM project teams • Build and maintain integrated roadmaps and milestone plans • Track interdependencies, scheduling conflicts, and resource bottlenecks • Own the RAID log for LATAM finance transformation initiatives • Escalate material risks and drive mitigation plans to closure • Produce standardized progress, budget, and risk reporting for global program reporting • Prepare and run regional steering committee materials • Localize communications for LATAM stakeholders in Portuguese, Spanish, and English as needed • Track budget consumption and realized benefits against approved business cases • Support corrective action planning for variances • Coordinate change management and training resources • Coordinate regional resource allocation across initiatives • Liaise with external implementation partners and vendors operating in LATAM • Contribute regional lessons learned to the Global PMO’s tools, templates, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • 5–8 years in PMO, project/program management, or finance transformation roles • Experience supporting finance-related transformation programs, such as ERP implementations, process re-engineering, or financial close/consolidation improvements • Experience working across multiple LATAM countries or entities within a matrixed or global organization • Proficiency with PPM/collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis • Familiarity with finance/ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage • PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is desirable • Portuguese: native, required • English: required, business fluency (written and spoken) • Spanish: desirable, business fluency • Strong stakeholder management across a global/matrixed reporting structure • Structured, concise communication and comfort presenting to senior finance and transformation leadership • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving transformation environment • Cross-cultural fluency and adaptability across LATAM markets
