• Analyze and validate technical reports, audit findings, and inspection documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards and client requirements. • Evaluate corrective actions submitted by clients or facilities in response to nonconformities identified during audits or inspections, verifying their adequacy, completeness, and timely implementation. • Identify and flag discrepancies, incomplete data, or findings that do not align within reports, coordinating with auditors and field teams to make corrections when necessary. • Ensure all reports are delivered within defined turnaround times (TAT) by monitoring review queues and prioritizing workloads according to business needs. • Stay up to date on standards, regulations, and QIMA’s internal procedures relevant to the service lines under review. • Support continuous improvement by identifying patterns in errors and corrective actions, as well as providing feedback to operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Bioscience, Food Engineering, Biology, or a related field. • Fluency in English is required. • Two years of experience in the food industry. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive approach and sense of urgency. • Analytical skills. • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple demands simultaneously. • Collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
