📋 Description

• Records and maintains the Company's accounting transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures. • Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring their accuracy and timely execution. • Performs bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. • Prepares and processes payments to suppliers, employees, and other third parties. • Issues customer invoices and monitors collections in cooperation with the relevant departments. • Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Supports the preparation and submission of tax declarations and statutory reports in accordance with applicable legislation. • Maintains accurate accounting records and ensures proper filing of financial documentation. • Assists in budget monitoring, cost analysis, and financial reporting activities. • Collaborates with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and public authorities when required. • Supports internal and external audits by providing the required financial information and documentation. • Ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax and financial regulations. • Identifies opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal financial controls. • Performs other accounting and financial duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or General Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in an accounting or finance position. • Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax legislation, and financial reporting requirements. • Experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Experience in construction, industrial, maritime, or project-based environments is considered an advantage. • Very good command of Greek and English languages. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
