📋 Description

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger. • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, support statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements. • Perform complex reconciliations including intercompany and multi-currency transactions. • Facilitate successful external audits. • Deliver timely and reliable financial information to support management decision-making. • Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance financial controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in General Accounting and General Ledger functions. • Experience within multi-entity and multi-currency environments is strongly preferred. • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, particularly Egypt and GCC countries (UAE, KSA), is preferred. • Prior experience in a Big Four audit firm is highly preferred. • Professional accounting qualification or active pursuit of certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred. • Strong practical knowledge of IFRS. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo (Odoo experience is an advantage). • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis capabilities. • Fluent spoken and written English. • Ability to prepare professional reports and communicate effectively with auditors, advisors, and stakeholders in English.
