📋 Description

• Qode Quorum is a monthly, relaxed, conversational online sharing series bringing together recruitment practitioners to come together to share their day-to-day experiences with AI tools: what's working, what's not, and how to stay proactive in a changing landscape. • No need to be an AI expert - we're simply looking for recruitment practitioners who can share honest, practical perspectives from their own experience. • The 60-90 minutes agenda usually includes a main sharing session + Q&A. The event will be streamed live on LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook simultaneously. • A 75-minute online session (your time commitment is roughly 10 mins of personal sharing) • A quick 30-second intro video of yours beforehand (phone recording is perfectly fine) • 2 LinkedIn posts to help promote the event where you’re a speaker - we'll guide you on exactly what to share

🎯 Requirements

• We're on the hunt for Senior Recruiters/TA/HR, Recruitment Leads, or TA/HR Managers based anywhere in APAC who have hands-on experience using AI tools in their recruitment and a story worth sharing. • Work in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunter or HR at any company in APAC • Have personally tried AI tools to source, screen, interview, manage candidates, or simply use AI to communicate with candidates, or any other scenario using AI • Comfortable sharing what worked - and/or what didn't - in a casual, conversational format • Want to grow your personal brand and reach a wider professional audience across APAC
