📋 Description

• Develop and maintain robust, high-performing microservices using Java Spring Boot • Design and implement scalable and distributed solutions for complex business requirements • Use PostgreSQL for database management and service integration • Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes (K8S) • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and align with business goals • Develop unit and integration testing strategies for reliable and secure applications • Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and regular code reviews • Build and lead a team in the Vietnam office

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience • Strong Java and Spring Boot experience • Strong understanding of software architecture • Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures • Understanding of containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes • PostgreSQL or other relational database experience • Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs • Ability to work across backend and infrastructure topics when needed • Experience building SaaS/PaaS products • Ability to drive technical decisions independently • Mentoring or technical leadership experience • Ownership, accountability, and ability to work in fast-moving product environments • Excellent spoken and written English • Ability to work independently with limited guidance • Pragmatic problem-solving mindset, motivation, and reliability • Product-oriented thinking • Ability to collaborate internationally with distributed teams
