📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain new and existing applications • Produce and ship high-quality, well-documented code • Co-own services architecture, resilience, scalability and robustness using Domain-Driven Design principles • Contribute to technical leadership and mentorship of other engineers • Shape Qonto’s finance solutions in cross-functional teams • Participate in the direction of the banking product • Manage the handling of growing user-base needs • Own product scope within a cross-functional team • Collaborate with mobile, frontend, and product manager teams to deliver impactful solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software engineering experience working on user-facing products • Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications • Pragmatic and product-driven approach to problem solving • Best practices in code quality, testing, and code reviews • Curiosity and willingness to learn • Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical colleagues • Fluent in English • Backend experience with Go and/or Ruby • Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and ELK • Ability to work in a cross-functional team
