📋 Description

• Win new customers and applications to drive incremental regional growth. • Build and execute a regional growth plan (targets, priorities, coverage). • Lead execution directly and through reps/partners; coach to build funnel and close business. • Manage pipeline and forecasting in SFDC with strong deal discipline. • Own customer engagement end-to-end; align internal teams and represent the voice of the customer. • Maintain account plans, customer cadence, and concise performance/market updates to leadership and BUs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related technical field • 8+ years of experience (or equivalent) including successful B2B sales with a track record of new-business growth • Proven ability to lead through direct sales reps and channel partners; strong fundamentals in qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and complex opportunities in a fast-paced environment; resilient and persistent in overcoming obstacles • Clear, concise communicator who can influence customers and internal stakeholders at all levels • Willing to travel ~30–50%; strategic, long-term approach to building sustainable growth beyond transactional sales.
