• You’ve personally generated partner-sourced ARR • You think in pipeline, conversion, and deal size, not just relationships • You already have trusted and activable relationships in our ecosystem • Hyperscaler reps, partner managers, tech alliances: people you can call immediately • You understand how hyperscaler reps are compensated, you know co-sell incentives and you can design true win-win mechanics • You are a strong builder • You’re comfortable with ambiguity • You can create a structure from zero • You prioritize ruthlessly
