📋 Description

• Support clients in implementing and managing complex projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Lead the development and implementation of project management tools, frameworks, and best practices for clients. • Collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, focusing on achieving defined deliverables within set timelines. • Provide ongoing feedback and analysis to client leadership, offering solutions to improve project performance and project outcomes. • Conduct regular project audits, reviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with client goals. • Create and maintain a project management learning network to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across client engagements. • Develop customized frameworks for project execution, task management, and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track. • Provide strategic insights and critical analysis to support client leadership in making informed project decisions. • Carry out any additional requirement within the purview of the role as assigned by the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in management, development, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred. • At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a background in consulting or large-scale project implementation. • Project management certification like PMP or equivalent is an advantage. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent project management abilities, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and resources. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex project related issues into clear, actionable steps. • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
