📋 Description

• Write documentation for product modules, technical solutions, guides, and regulations • Update materials when product and system changes are made • Standardize document structure, formatting, and translation • Archive outdated content and prevent technical debt accumulation • Gather and verify information from engineers, analysts, and product managers • Maintain wiki space structure, including templates, navigation, and links • Troubleshoot rendering, plugin, and markup issues • Create and configure task tracker boards, including structure, filters, and views • Edit automated rules, including triggers, transitions, and notifications • Investigate automation failures and rule malfunctions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer or documentation editor • Native Russian • Written English proficiency at B2 level • Experience creating, structuring, and using Confluence templates • Understanding of documentation structures, including guides, reference manuals, regulations, and technical solutions • Ability to independently research technical topics • Ability to work with subject matter experts by asking questions and gathering and verifying information • Basic understanding of front-end, back-end, microservices, and Git • Attention to detail, including correct links, consistent terminology, and adherence to templates
