📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the brand’s main website • Create landing pages • Build and maintain web-focused design systems • Design banners and other digital marketing materials • Support the preparation of presentations for talks and events • Create interactive prototypes • Adapt website layouts for different screen resolutions • Collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer • A portfolio is mandatory • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS • Willingness to complete a test task • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team • Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently • Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition • English at Intermediate level is a plus • Native Russian is mandatory • Intermediate knowledge of no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.)
