📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions • Promote Agile and Scrum best practices across development teams • Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and user story definition • Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team delivery • Foster self-organization, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement • Monitor sprint progress and delivery metrics using Jira • Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and ways of working • Improve communication and alignment between teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors • Document and continuously improve team agile processes and practices • Encourage lessons learned and drive actions resulting from retrospectives • Ensure all activities and duties comply with regulatory requirements and support continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (minimum 4 years of higher education) or equivalent qualification • Minimum 8 years of professional experience after higher education • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, events, roles, and artifacts • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams • Experience with Jira, including boards, backlogs, sprint reports, and burndown charts • Good understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery processes • Ability to work effectively in distributed and multicultural teams • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks and practices • Experience working with external software vendors and distributed delivery teams • At least one recognized Agile/Scrum certification, such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, A-CSM, CSP-SM, EXIN Agile Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Scrum Master certification • CV submitted in English
