• Engage with members via phone, email, and other channels • Build rapport and trust with clients • Process insurance transactions maintaining compliance • Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams • Maintain required certifications and grow product knowledge • Meet performance metrics related to service quality and member satisfaction
