📋 Description

• Support and participate in product implementations and maintenance in the company's systems to ensure deadlines are met, drive continuous improvement of area processes, and ensure compliance with technical and commercial criteria as well as current regulations. • Analyze, validate, and make new plans available to expand the company's product offerings for effective commercialization; • Assist in collecting and interpreting information received for product implementation or maintenance, regulatory compliance adjustments, or the company's strategic or commercial actions, aiming for continuous process improvement; • Assist and take part in processes such as migrations, adjustments, new plans, new tables, portfolios, portfolio write-offs, etc.; • Provide support to internal and external customers on product-specific technical requests; • Interface with other departments to establish clear and fluid communication for information exchange and alignment, aiming to optimize implementation efficiency; • Participate in the application, development, and production of printed collateral materials, such as enrollment proposals, broker support materials, FACs, GLC, MPS, Customer Data Change Form, Portability Form, general endorsements/amendments, etc.; • Prepare communications (bulletins and circulars) for the company, promoting clear and assertive messaging; • Monitor the market by preparing studies on health products, gathering information on operators, competitor administrators, and market evolution trends; • Work on the area's internal controls, analyze information, perform system maintenance in the company's systems, ensuring data quality and integrity and identifying patterns for consumption by internal and external stakeholders; • Collaborate with the team to create efficient, agile solutions; • Deliver results in line with stakeholders' expectations and the company's needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Law, Marketing, or related fields; • Minimum of 1 year of experience in health or insurance in general; • Postgraduate degree and advanced Excel skills are a plus; • Knowledge of health products or insurance products in general; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint); • Desirable knowledge of specific regulatory standards (ANS – Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) and the Health segment.
