• Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de prospección y ventas outbound para captar nuevos clientes • Generar oportunidades de negocio mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos y otros canales de comunicación directa • Encontrar empresas potenciales según el objetivo definido y ejecutar prospección activa (llamadas en frío, correos personalizados, mensajes en redes profesionales) • Avanzar al prospecto a través del proceso comercial y entregar la cuenta al Coordinador Comercial • Realizar presentaciones de ventas personalizadas y demostrar el valor de los productos/servicios • Hacer seguimiento constante a clientes potenciales y nutrir relaciones a largo plazo • Actualizar la información en el CRM de manera constante y precisa • Alcanzar o superar metas de ventas y KPIs y participar en reuniones de revisión con el CRO
• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Comercio, o áreas afines • +3 años preferentemente en ventas B2B outbound, desarrollo comercial o áreas comerciales • Manejo avanzado de herramientas CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot u otros) • Conocimiento de técnicas de prospección y negociación • Habilidad para trabajar con KPIs y cumplir metas • Deseable experiencia con Account Based Marketing (ABM) • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita • Orientación al cliente y habilidades para construir vínculos comerciales rápidos • Capacidad para manejar objeciones y persistencia en la negociación
