📋 Description

• Oversee and execute activities for high volume manufacturing and testing of products. • Monitor yields and resolve issues during manufacturing. • Develop and introduce product test methods and yield analysis tools. • Support qualification plans and logistical interfaces according to requirements. • Initiate and lead product yield reviews with engineering teams. • Establish failure analysis processes and tools for products. • Provide input on DFT and DFM to optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product engineering and high volume manufacturing. • Ability to monitor yields, address and resolve issues, and provide support. • Skills in developing, evaluating and introducing product test methods. • Experience in yield analysis framework and required tools. • Familiarity with qualification plans (e.g., HTOL, ESD, Temp Cycling). • Capability to setup and execute data interfaces for test and yield visibility. • Understanding of failure analysis processes and tools. • Strong electrical analysis skills for products and fails on production test systems. • Experience with technical liaison among internal and external teams.
