📋 Description

• Manage medium-complexity digital projects in partnership with clients, building strong relationships and loyalty while ensuring high-value deliveries aligned with our clients' expectations. • Identify and map opportunities, directing potential upselling and cross-selling to our sales team. • Collaborate with the team to understand the impact of solutions developed for our clients and on the end user. • Create and manage the project schedule based on sprint development. • Monitor scope compliance in terms of deliverables and monthly hours consumption. • Track project performance KPIs together with the client.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed). • Advanced knowledge of performance KPIs. • Familiarity with agile methodologies. • Experience managing digital projects from kickoff through project closure. • The following are considered a plus: • English and/or Spanish.
