âą Planning, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads), with a focus on lead generation and performance. âą Management and monitoring of campaign budgets, making bid, targeting, and creative adjustments for continuous improvement of results. âą Monitoring key metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and supporting campaign performance analysis. âą Supporting the creation and execution of A/B tests for ads, audiences, and campaign variations. âą Assisting in improving pages and materials (landing pages, creatives, etc.) with a focus on conversion. âą Liaising with internal teams (such as the sales team) to align strategies and ensure lead quality.
âą Knowledge of paid media (Google Ads and Meta Ads). âą Familiarity with performance metrics and campaign analysis. âą Understanding of the conversion funnel and lead generation. âą Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager. âą Experience with reporting and data analysis (Excel or similar). âą Availability to work during business hours. âą Previous experience with paid media campaigns. âą Creativity in content production. âą Experience with B2B campaigns or lead generation for complex sales (e.g., SaaS). âą Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
