📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects • Develop and maintain project schedules and plans • Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders • Manage resources, capacity, and team allocation • Control project budgets, costs, and hours consumed • Track performance indicators and delivery progress • Lead project status meetings, status reporting, and governance activities • Ensure alignment between business areas and technical teams • Manage internal and external stakeholders • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks • Resolve impediments and escalate critical issues • Monitor deadlines, quality, and achievement of objectives • Coordinate vendors and partners involved in deliveries • Support acceptance testing, implementation, and transition to operations • Keep project documentation and artifacts up to date • Prepare management reports and executive presentations • Manage scope changes and assess their impacts • Track continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives • Promote communication among all parties involved • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and best practices • Support decision-making through data and performance indicator analysis • Ensure deliveries meet established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience managing IT projects in multidisciplinary environments • Experience leading projects using Agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies • Experience managing schedules, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and business teams • Analytical, results-oriented profile • Problem-solving and conflict-management skills • Experience preparing executive reports and management presentations • Knowledge of software development, infrastructure, cloud computing, information security, and systems integration processes • Desirable knowledge: Microsoft Project, advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, project management, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, risk management, IT governance, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud fundamentals, and contract and vendor management • Additional advantages: ITSM tool implementation, FinOps, IaC, and PMP or CAPM certification
