📋 Description

• Support the maintenance and evolution of applications within the client’s systems ecosystem • Assist with the analysis and resolution of incidents, bugs, and technical issues • Analyze escalated tickets and identify technical root causes, application behavior, and failure points • Conduct investigations using logs, database queries, APIs, and integrations • Develop low- and medium-complexity fixes under the guidance of experienced developers • Support improvements, adjustments, and minor functional enhancements • Reproduce reported errors and technically document the results • Perform debugging and troubleshooting to identify root causes • Develop and maintain code in accordance with technical, architectural, and quality standards • Create and maintain unit tests and support technical validation • Work with code versioning, branches, commits, pull requests, and code reviews • Consume and support the maintenance of APIs and system integrations • Support database queries and analysis using SQL queries • Participate in deployments, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation monitoring • Collaborate with Mid-Level and Senior Developers, QA, Product Owners/Operations Management, and other technical teams • Document analyses, including causes, solutions, evidence, impacts, and resolution procedures • Identify recurring issues and technical debt, proposing improvements • Participate in technical refinement sessions, alignment meetings, and other team ceremonies • Progressively develop knowledge of architecture, integrations, systems, and business rules • Continuously increase technical autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or a related field • Knowledge of at least one programming language used in application development • Knowledge of programming logic, object-oriented programming, data structures, and development best practices • Basic knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and system integrations • Knowledge of databases and SQL • Familiarity with Git and version control, including branches, commits, merges, and pull requests • Basic knowledge of debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis • Knowledge of unit testing and software quality concepts • Ability to interpret functional and technical requirements and translate them into software changes • Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams • Strong investigation and problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with technical teams • Organized and responsible in tracking assigned tasks • Collaborative mindset, technical curiosity, and a continuous desire to learn and grow • Ability to work under the guidance of more experienced professionals and incorporate code review feedback • Previous experience supporting and maintaining systems/AMS is desirable • Experience with enterprise applications, retail or e-commerce, CI/CD, cloud, observability, microservices, messaging, and integrations is desirable • Knowledge of Clean Code and SOLID is desirable
