📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using .NET Core 3.1+ • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures • Develop system integrations using messaging and asynchronous communication • Model, optimize, and maintain SQL databases, creating high-performance queries, stored procedures, and routines • Implement and maintain unit tests • Use Docker to create, package, and run applications • Participate in architecture decisions, technical analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives • Identify and resolve issues by fixing and optimizing code • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies, ceremonies, refinement sessions, and code reviews • Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Support task breakdown and project understanding • Ensure solutions meet customer needs and follow best practices • Monitor rollouts and support issue identification and resolution, guiding the team in critical situations • Mentor the team on testing practices, tools, and concepts, and support test refactoring • Identify and fix security vulnerabilities or document relevant scenarios • Support architecture validation and translate designs into development solutions • Participate in ceremonies, address impediments, and follow up on action plans • Analyze team metrics and recommend improvements • Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and clear code

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in software development • Advanced experience with .NET Core • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and business stakeholders • Proactive approach to identifying improvements, best practices, and technological innovation • Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus • Experience maintaining and migrating .NET Framework solutions is a plus • Experience deploying and supporting applications on Azure and/or AWS is a plus • Knowledge of technology modernization, observability, and performance optimization is a plus • .NET Core 3.1+ • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, messaging, asynchronous communication, SQL databases, Docker, unit testing, and CI/CD
