📋 Description

• Own the solutions consulting function — build it from scratch, define the playbook, and establish how Quandri delivers change and success for enterprise agencies. • Partner with sales in enterprise deals — join discovery calls, map customer workflows, design tailored solutions, and present compelling technical and business cases that demonstrate clear ROI • Translate agency complexity into actionable plans — take the chaos of how large insurance agencies operate and architect a clear implementation roadmap using Quandri's platform. • Drive expansion revenue — work with existing enterprise customers to identify new use cases and solutions. • Advise on adoption and change management — partner with Implementation and Customer Success to help large agencies successfully adopt Quandri. • Be the voice of the customer internally.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of insurance agency operations • Experience in enterprise solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales • Comfort with complexity • Strong business acumen • Ability to drive change • Builder mentality • Excellent communication skills • Bonus points if you have experience with Applied Epic or Vertafore AMS360 • Background in insurtech, or selling/implementing technology into insurance agencies
