📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of clients and manage technical details of implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth • Understand client objectives, define implementation plans, and configure the Quantum Metric platform to satisfy requirements • Architect solutions to equip stakeholders to execute digital strategy • Engineer custom JavaScript functions to capture data analytics and satisfy complex use cases • Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to provide clients real-time visibility into digital platform performance • Guide clients to define meaningful requirements and create innovative solutions to achieve their goals • Focus on Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) verticals, with possible service to retail and telecom • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to onboarding and training activities • Travel approximately 10% for client meetings and on-site work

🎯 Requirements

• Past experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions • Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or other client-facing roles (preferred) • Strong background in Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) verticals or working with large organizations of similar size • In-depth understanding of marketing technology, customer feedback, and digital analytics tools relevant to enterprise FSI customers • Experience with web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and best practices for UX/UI • Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with React, Angular, Vue, or native mobile is a plus • Must exhibit proficiency in JavaScript development • Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Tealeaf • Expert knowledge of browser developer tools to test scripts and diagnose issues • Familiarity with the page load lifecycle and techniques for performance optimization • Strong project and time management skills; ability to multi-task across multiple clients • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operate in an ambiguous environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exemplary presentation skills • Able to connect with a diverse audience: senior leaders, middle managers, and individual contributors, technical and non-technical • Willingness to travel up to 10%
