🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including 5 years in a sales management role with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets • Proven track record of success in selling to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Fintech • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals • Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and best practices • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people management skills • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred)
