EMMA answers every patient call instantly, handles hundreds of simultaneous calls, integrates with consultation tools, supports multiple NHS languages, and is DTAC-certified. The platform aims to eliminate phone queues, free reception staff for face-to-face care, improve patient access and satisfaction, reduce reception costs, capture richer call data for clinicians, and is deployed across many NHS GP practices and PCNs.

📋 Description

• Gather, document and analyse business and user requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients • Support coordination of product implementations, onboarding and go-lives for new clients • Maintain and update project plans, trackers and status reports; flag risks and blockers early • Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and work items in Azure DevOps • Liaise between engineering, product and client-facing teams to align priorities and timelines • Produce client-facing documentation including release notes, user guides and training materials • Support CRM and ticket management workflows using HubSpot and Azure DevOps • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across operations and delivery • Attend client calls and internal stand-ups, capture actions and follow up on outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, project coordination or operations support role; internships and placements count • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language • Organised and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or Trello • Comfortable working with data, reading spreadsheets, spotting patterns and summarising findings • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment • Comfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST) • Experience in a software, SaaS or technology company is desirable • Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is desirable • Experience with HubSpot is desirable • Understanding of product development lifecycles and stakeholder management is desirable • Experience producing user-facing documentation, guides or training materials is desirable • Formal qualifications are not required; skills and experience are valued over formal qualifications
