📋 Description
• Monthly Close & GAAP Reporting**• Sensor Costing, WIP, and Fixed Asset Tracking**• Accounts Payable & Disbursements**• Accounts Receivable & Billing Support**• Systems, Automation, and Process Improvement**• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, WIP, fixed assets, deferred revenue, AP/AR).**• Review AP invoice submissions and ensure proper breakout by sensor serial number.**• Maintain SensorCosts, SensorMaster, WIP, and cohort tracking.**• Process capitalization entries and monthly cohort depreciation.**• Manage AP workflows via Brex/Mercury.**• Support customer billing and revenue accuracy.**• Assist with NetSuite migration and process automation initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)**• 3–6+ years of accounting experience**• Strong GAAP knowledge (ASC 360, WIP, PPE, fixed assets)**• Experience with hardware or IoT manufacturing preferred**• Strong Excel/Sheets skills**• Experience with QBO, NetSuite, Brex, Mercury a plus
