Quartierkraft targets property owners, housing associations, and PV installers to deliver higher returns for owners, cheaper renewable electricity for tenants, and streamlined project execution and long-term operations.

📋 Description

• You will help ensure that more housing companies, property owners and tenants gain access to clean electricity. • Using your sales talent, you will build bridges between our technology and decision-makers. • Take over and further develop qualified opportunities. • Prospecting and outbound activities to generate additional leads. • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers on the customer side. • Present our tenant electricity (Mieterstrom) solution in persuasive sales meetings. • Independent pipeline management including forecasting and deal strategy. • Manage the entire sales process – from first contact to successful close. • Apply modern sales methodologies for structured opportunity qualification.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience (1–4 years) in B2B SaaS sales, including prospecting & outbound; confident in closing at decision‑maker level • Advanced HubSpot skills; familiar with Google Workspace and Confluence • Independent pipeline management, accurate forecasting, strategic deal management and the use of modern methods (e.g., MEDDIC) • Compelling product presentations; strong negotiation and closing skills • Degree in business, communications or a related field; very good written and spoken German
