📋 Description

• Mechanical engineer responsible for maintenance of rotary machines (Compressors, Turbines, etc) • Review P&ID, instrument lists, PFDs • Develop reports and maintenance strategies • Analyze trends and reduce unplanned downtime • Mentor junior engineers and present technical reports

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical engineer with experience in working and maintenance of upstream & downstream rotary machines (4+ Yrs) • Competent to review P&ID, instrument list, PFDs and data sheets • Ability to develop anomaly Report, understand Machine fault, provide possible causes & recommendation • ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst • Expertise in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis and thermal imaging • Good knowledge in interpreting multi-parameter data (vibration, process, seal etc) • Develop predictive maintenance strategies • Analyze trends to improve MTBF and reduce unplanned downtime • Perform RCA for major breakdown • Expert in data analytics tool
