• Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned countries, from preparing payroll inputs through final payroll review and completion • Partner with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing • Collect, prepare, validate, and submit monthly payroll data • Review payroll outputs, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and company policies • Support payroll-related payments, reconciliations, and month-end payroll journal activities • Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related employee queries and provide guidance on payroll matters • Build effective relationships with third-party payroll vendors and ensure service levels are maintained • Prepare payroll reports, maintain payroll records, and support auditing and reconciliation activities • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and efficiencies across the EMEA region • Maintain accurate payroll procedures, training materials, and process documentation to support business continuity • Report to the Payroll Supervisor
• Experience working across the Panama and Mexico region, managing multiple countries and deadlines • Minimum 2+ years of payroll experience preferred • Strong Excel skills • Excellent attention to detail • Experience working with payroll deadlines and monthly cycles • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities • Fluent in English
