📋 Description

• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure services that support millions of transactions • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for speed and reliability • Manage database clusters (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) for performance and resilience • Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Github Action, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar) • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation • Build deployment automation that minimizes downtime and reduces human error • Automate environment setup, testing, and release workflows • Ensure systems are safe, patched, and secure against cyber threats • Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents • Collaborate with the Security and Compliance teams on audits and best practices • Partner with Backend, Frontend, and Product teams to deliver scalable, production-ready systems • Participate in architecture discussions and release planning • Support your teammates with reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing • Contribute to team processes, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure experience • Proficiency with AWS (or equivalent cloud provider) • Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and networking • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) • Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Working knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch) • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems and applications • A passion for clean, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
