📋 Description

• Translate business needs into scalable, high-performing data models and dashboards • Own and drive delivery across multiple client engagements simultaneously • Collaborate across distributed teams (U.S. and India) to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes • Support and maintain existing solutions, adding features, and new pipelines; • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions in Microsoft Fabric • Build and optimize Power BI reporting ecosystems, including semantic models and enterprise reporting strategies • Work with Databricks and modern data platforms to support advanced data engineering and analytics use cases • Engage directly with business stakeholders and executives to define reporting strategies and data roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines) • Strong understanding of modern data architecture (medallion/layered design, OneLake concepts) • Experience building end-to-end analytics solutions inside Fabric • Familiarity with real-time analytics, data integration, and unified analytics platforms • Deep expertise in Power BI development, modeling, and optimization • Strong experience with DAX and performance tuning • Experience with semantic models and enterprise reporting • Power Query and data transformation skills • Paginated reporting experience • Understanding of governance and deployment best practices • Experience working with Databricks in Azure environments • Understanding of Spark-based processing • Experience with ELT pipelines and large-scale data transformation • Integration with data lakes and Fabric environments • Exposure to AI/ML workloads is a plus • Experience with Azure data services (Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Azure SQL, Synapse) • Star schema and dimensional modeling • Working with structured and unstructured data sources and APIs • Prior consulting experience • Strong communication skills
