📋 Description
• answer inbound customer calls • assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations • promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume • confirm refunds • take payments • place orders • analyze account data • report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ months of service experience • Provide a distraction-free work from home environment • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders • Navigate multiple systems and screens • Follow our computer system requirements, including provide your own Microsoft PC • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
