📋 Description
• Answer inbound customer calls • Assist Spanish and English speaking customers • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries • Personalize the experience for each caller • Confirm refunds, take payments, and place orders
🎯 Requirements
• 12 months or more of customer service experience • Provide a distraction free work from home environment • Learn and work in a virtual environment • Communicate with a variety of styles • Navigate multiple systems and screens • Follow HSN computer system requirements • Troubleshoot own technical problems • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
