📋 Description

• Drive the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain workflow efficiency and communication • Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables • Monitor project performance, identify risks or obstacles, and implement solutions • Liaise with blockchain developers to clarify technical specifications and prioritize tasks • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Create and maintain project documentation and prepare stakeholder reports

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within blockchain, cryptocurrency, or gaming sectors • Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse remote teams and stakeholders • Solid problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills • Nice to have: Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, or BNB Chain, DeFi concepts, and gaming economics • Nice to have: Experience with artificial intelligence applications or data-driven technology products • Nice to have: Insights into online gaming platforms or casino-related products • Nice to have: Technical background in smart contract development or blockchain architecture
