📋 Description

• Champion the adoption of AI coding tools. • Run internal workshops and enablement programs. • Define and evolve AI-first development standards. • Design, build, and maintain the internal developer platform. • Own CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling. • Build intelligent automation for code review and deployment. • Architect infrastructure for running AI coding agents. • Establish and track DevEx metrics and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in platform, DevEx, or developer tooling roles. • Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools. • Proven ability to drive cultural change. • Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript. • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms. • Systems thinker who can balance big-picture developer experience vision with practical details of implementation. • Strong communicator. • Passion for real-world impact.
