📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for clinical staff • Collaborate closely with engineers and product management to define and refine product requirements • Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product • Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback • Ensure a seamless user experience balancing simplicity, rigor, and delight • Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across engineering • Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision aligned with company goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product engineering • Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels • Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and Typescript/React • A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail • Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems • Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test • Bonus: strong interest in ChatGPT, LLMs, and other GenAI technologies • Bonus: background in health tech
