📋 Description

• Execute top quality design work in line with agency standards. • Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project. • Mentor Junior Designers. • Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications. • Work with Creative Directors and leads to ensure design work exceeds client expectations. • Explain and articulate design decisions and rationale with confidence. • Take an active part in client meetings and presentations. • Contribute to the creation and definition of flexible design systems and visual languages. • Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for websites, landing pages, microsites, digital products, and mobile apps. • Collaborate across teams to build scalable, attainable solutions. • Prototype interactive experiences that engage users and drive conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience designing. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience. • Advanced command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Experience designing for digital platforms, including web and mobile applications; a proven track record in UX/UI is required. • Familiarity with front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and hands-on experience in building websites and digital platforms is a strong bonus.
