📋 Description
• Onboarding and training new hires through different modules of the program • Provide support during ramp phase and conduct random internal quality reviews • Respond to support questions and provide continuous training or upskilling • Stay up to date on policies and guidelines by doing minimal production
🎯 Requirements
• BS degree with a high level of knowledge and relevant work experience • Must have an active professional (PRC) license (e.g. RN, RMT, RPh, etc) • +5 Years of total work experience in SDS, ED, OBS, Profee Medical Coding • Currently holds and maintain at least 1 role-related certification (CPC, COC) • With at least 1.5 years of training specific experience • Experience in multiple EMR Systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech.
