📋 Description
• Interact daily with Customer Operations and Central Operations teams • Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements • Contribute to improving R1 RCM solution and inform strategy • Build and mentor a high performing team
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of Revenue Cycle experience • Business Analyst, Shared Services and/or Operations experience • Epic Clarity Data Model - Resolute Hospital Billing Certification • Proficiency in Snowflake, Power BI and SQL queries/knowledge
