📋 Description

• Manage and develop accounting staff, including offshore resources • Oversee performance, workflow distribution, and process accountability • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities • Oversee General Ledger (GL) integrity and month-end close process • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Oversee billing operations within a services-based revenue model • Ensure accurate revenue recognition, particularly within project-based or time & materials environments • Partner with operations and project teams to ensure financial accuracy • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support external financial audits • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience • Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (Deltek, SAP preferably Unanet) • Prior experience in leadership or supervisory role • Strong understanding of services-based accounting models • Proven experience managing offshore accounting resources • Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, billing, and revenue recognition • Experience supporting financial audits • Strong process improvement mindset • Advanced Excel skills
