📋 Description

• Translate various Wholesale Brazil (South America) performance indicators into reports and presentations. • Provide management reporting, including periodic reporting of actual performance, budgets and forecasts, focusing on financial (P&L, Balance Sheet, ROIC, Economic Capital) and non-financial (risk, customers, processes, new clients) aspects of the business. • Continuously monitor and report on KPIs across the Wholesale departments. • Maintain excellent relationships with relevant stakeholders in Brazil and other regions. • Build and maintain a strong internal network and act as a key contact for Wholesale business management activities. • Stay up to date on business developments, both internal (policies, guidelines, funding) and external (market environment). • Prepare and develop management reports. • Support relationship managers with questions related to Wholesale Brazil's financial performance. • Constructively challenge business processes and flows with the aim of continuously improving performance. • Combine external and internal trends and data sources into tangible financial impact analyses (scenario analysis, MTPs, forecasts). • Generate new ideas by combining data into analyses that lead to actionable insights for the business. • Benchmark performance of business lines and regions against internal and external peers to identify actionable opportunities for improvement. • Monitor and report on Client Link inputs (e.g., account plans, call reports, opportunities), operational risk incidents, compliance trainings, remediation of audit findings, among others. • Assess cases to be submitted to the client committee, discussing relevant issues with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders, and support the Head of Wholesale on submitted cases. • Act as the Wholesale representative on Rabobank projects with direct or indirect impact on the business. • Provide support in the management of operational risk and compliance activities related to Wholesale Brazil, such as SIRA and Archer. • Manage the periodic review of Wholesale controls, policies and manuals. • Act as the Wholesale champion for compliance, privacy and related topics, responsible for insider controls, conflicts of interest, compliance trainings and other champion duties. • Support the Head and the Business Manager of Wholesale with various bank requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. • Advanced English proficiency. • Knowledge of financial planning. • Experience with Business Intelligence/dashboard tools, Excel and databases. • Proactive in identifying AI-driven value (AI value seeker). • Ability to independently challenge business practices and propose improvements. • Strong communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
