📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and evolve the Integrated Management System (IMS), with a focus on ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental). • Ensure compliance with normative, legal, regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Plan, conduct and follow up on internal and external audits, certifications and recertifications, acting as the primary interface with certification bodies. • Manage nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions, and improvement opportunities, ensuring effective resolution. • Structure and lead the Management Review process, consolidating indicators, risks, results and strategic recommendations. • Monitor management system performance indicators, analyze deviations and propose action plans. • Manage system documentation (procedures, policies, work instructions, records and document control). • Support organizational change management with attention to impacts on the management system. • Develop and deliver internal training related to quality, environmental management and management best practices. • Act as a change agent, strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Information Technology or related fields. • Solid senior-level experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. • Experience in managing indicators, data analysis and developing action plans. • Strong background in conducting internal and external audits. • Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement methodologies. • Knowledge of applicable environmental legal requirements. • Advanced Excel skills. • Certification as an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor is a plus. • Experience in technology companies, outsourcing or IT services is a plus. • Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is a plus. • Familiarity with quality management tools, root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques is a plus. • Intermediate English is a plus.
