📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing and supporting the development of the best possible experience of our products and solutions, ensuring they are accessible to all of our customers; • Responsible for product documentation and system parameterization/configuration; • Will liaise with clients to gather needs or functional requirements during the software development process, from requirements elicitation through to production implementation; • Will analyze accounting implications or business-rule impacts of a solution and prepare the documentation necessary to enable technical design and development; • Will participate in system configuration and provide advice and analysis of the product/project on operational and functional aspects.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Functional Analyst in the financial sector; • Experience working in banking institutions; • Basic knowledge of financial market regulations (e.g., Central Bank and Federal Revenue Service); • Degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Technology, or related fields; • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); • Experience with JIRA (project management tool); • Familiarity with TOPAZ INVEST's internal workflows will be considered a plus; • Basic SQL knowledge and experience providing application support are advantages; • Candidates with a technical background will be trained in the specific skills required for the role.
