📋 Description

• Perform post-sales support for digital campaigns, ensuring the execution, quality, and performance of deliverables; • Act as the primary interface between the commercial team, agencies, clients, and internal departments, promoting alignment and resolving requests; • Manage and monitor ad trafficking, media buying, and billing processes; • Prioritize day-to-day operational requests, identifying opportunities to improve processes; • Ensure alignment among all involved areas, mitigating risks and guaranteeing the quality of deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Radio & TV, Communications, or a related field; • Experience with Commercial Operations, digital/linear advertising, AdOps, media, or related areas; • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Ad Manager, and campaign management platforms; • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with autonomy and strong attention to detail; • Experience with ad serving platforms, measurement solutions, and campaign management tools.
