📋 Description

• Develop and monitor strategic KPIs (activation, recurring usage, margin, delinquency/default rates, etc.) • Analyze portfolio performance and propose growth levers. • Conduct market and customer behavior studies to identify opportunities and risks. • Orchestrate initiatives with partner areas (Product, Credit, Channels, Operations). • Prepare executive materials for decision forums and committees. • Develop and implement communication strategies for benefits and products in the Uniclass segment. • Define audience criteria and segmentation according to Minhas Vantagens tiers. • Ensure standardization and variability of communications, promoting consistent experiences.
