📋 Description

• Analyze behavioral and transactional data to identify churn patterns and retention opportunities. • Develop advanced analyses and studies for customer segmentation based on risk, value and behavior. • Build, evolve and monitor analytical and predictive models for churn and LTV in partnership with the data team. • Translate analytical insights into actionable retention strategies (campaigns, offers, rules and “vaccines”). • Monitor portfolio performance indicators and present analyses to managers and executive forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in data intelligence applied to retention strategies or products. • Mastery of advanced portfolio and customer value metrics (churn, LTV, margin, delinquency). • Strong analytical skills using SQL or Python for analyses. • Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools. • Not mandatory, but it would be a strong plus if you have: • Experience with predictive, statistical or machine learning models applied to churn. • Experience in technical leadership or serving as an analytical reference within data or business teams. • Knowledge of CRM strategies, retention campaigns and customer lifecycle management. • Experience presenting to executive forums and strategic committees. • Strong business acumen with a focus on impact and value generation.
