📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze and consolidate regulatory standards (Central Bank of Brazil - BCB, National Monetary Council - CMN, payment schemes, National Financial System - SFN). • Prepare and coordinate responses to public consultations, including internal alignment. • Interface with areas such as Legal, Compliance, Risk and Product teams to ensure regulatory adherence. • Maintain controls, timelines and executive materials related to regulatory and contractual obligations. • Manage and support the negotiation of contracts and addenda with card schemes (Visa and Mastercard). • Support the preparation of internal communications and presentations for executive forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical profile, able to handle complex content and large volumes of information. • Business-oriented, with understanding of financial impacts, risks and customer experience. • Strong communication and ability to engage with different levels, including executive leadership. • Previous experience or strong interest in financial regulation, payment methods or the financial market. • Solid ability to analyze regulatory and contractual texts and their business impacts. • Organized, detail-oriented and strong written communication skills. • Collaborative attitude and a strong sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. • Intermediate English. • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem. • Previous experience with public consultations from the Central Bank. • Experience working with card-brand contracts, payment schemes or acquiring/issuing operations. • Familiarity with industry bodies (Central Bank, Febraban, Abecs). • Knowledge of SAS / SQL and/or familiarity with data environments (e.g., AWS).
