📋 Description

• Perform strategic analyses related to pricing of consumer credit products for individuals; • Develop studies and proposals for pricing policies, including price-elasticity pilots; • Identify opportunities to improve and innovate current pricing policies; • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure greater accuracy and effectiveness of applied policies; • Support the maintenance and monitoring of pricing and elasticity pilots; • Participate in implementation tests and validation of new strategies and rules; • Work with large volumes of data to generate quantitative analyses and strategic insights; • Prepare reports, presentations and dashboards to track results; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, following agendas and progress of initiatives; • Ensure adherence to regulations and compliance practices related to credit pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pricing strategy for consumer credit products (individual customers); • Proven experience with quantitative analyses and handling large volumes of data; • Knowledge of applied statistics and analytical modeling; • Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS and Databricks; • Knowledge of pricing models and price-elasticity analysis; • Familiarity with rule engines, credit engines and risk assessment models; • Ability to build reports and dashboards for performance monitoring; • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments; • Experience with credit engines; • Spanish: intermediate to advanced.
